It represents a one-off opportunity and a landmark event for the region.

Unique Format
The success of our summits is founded on a format whereby half of the time is devoted to keynote addresses and presentations and the other half devoted to one-to-one meetings.
Each Minister will speak during the opening ceremony on day one, giving an overview
of their strategy and requirements
Deputies and Director Generals will provide specific technical information and
contract/tender opportunities
Both afternoons will see private roundtables set up for each Ministry and executive
branch of Government
Prior to the Summit, confirmed sponsors and delegates will be given a choice of
preferred pre-scheduled meetings
Private Meetings
More significantly, the various officials present will be available for private discussions with company delegations during the afternoon roundtable sessions, providing the following benefits:
Access to ministers and other high level officials (deputies and director generals)
Reach and the opportunity to meet a number of key decision makers under one roof at one time
Return on Investment and the opportunity to translate your input into direct business
Regional Transport

The region is undergoing an exciting process of global, regional and local development in terms of transport and logistics. With the explosive growth of global and regional trade, particularly between Europe and Asia but also within the broader region, there exist unprecedented opportunities to capitalise on the unique strength of its favorable geographic location.

Key regional government strategies for the development of the transport and logistics sector require an industry structure in which medium to large logistics service providers play a more prominent role, especially in the key areas of:

Global multimodal transport and logistics hub
Regional logistics and distribution hub
Domestic focused transport and logistics services
Energising Regional Information & Communications Technology

The attending Governments increasingly support the idea that information and communication technologies (ICT) can be made available to all citizens to truly improve their lives.

Key components include:

Policy makers and regulatory authorities striving to democratise access to all telecommunications services and encourage further innovation in the sector
The delivery of communications, services, information and entertainment becoming increasingly digital, standardised, affordable and easy-to-use
How Internet Protocol is driving the integration of voice, data and media platforms

We look forward to seeing you in Istanbul
