With the explosive growth of global and regional trade, particularly between Europe and Asia but also within the broader region, there exist unprecedented opportunities to capitalise on the unique strength of its favorable geographic location.

█ Domestic focused transport and logistics services |
| Energising Regional Information & Communications Technology |

The attending Governments increasingly support the idea that information and communication technologies (ICT) can be made available to all citizens to truly improve their lives.
Key components include: |
| █ Policy makers and regulatory authorities striving to democratise access to all telecommunications services and encourage further innovation in the sector
█ The delivery of communications, services, information and entertainment becoming increasingly digital, standardised, affordable and easy-to-use
